Must be experiencing financial hardship
Diaper assistance available once per month

Completed Needs Assessment
Photo I.D. (must match this form)
Proof of insurance for both parent/guardian and child
Verification of child's date of birth
Copy of last pay stub

The Dignity Nook

The Dignity Nook is a dignity-centered menstrual care program that ensures moms have consistent, stigma-free access to essential hygiene products.

The Dignity Nook Provides:

Free access to pads, tampons, and feminine wipes
Monthly menstrual care for up to 60 moms
Emergency access for postpartum or medical needs
A trauma-informed self-serve model.
Privacy, respect, and dignity.

Pantry-To-Table

The Pantry-to-Table program provides pantry-friendly meal kits. Each kit includes easy-to-follow recipes and the ingredients needed to prepare a healthy, home-cooked meal.

Who it's for: Families in Central Kentucky

Available: September 18th, October 16th, November 20th, December 18th, Jan 15th, Feb 19th. Program runs for a 6-month period starting in Sept, ending in Feb.
